~Changes~ Friday, Mar. 19, 2004 - 11:29 AM So, I went into an Alternative Medicine chat room today. I was fucking arond on my chitchat program, and was bored to death. I saw it and went it. I can't remember how it came up, but I started to talk about Reiki. Well this woman IM'd me asking me about Reiki. So, I did my best to explain in laymen's terms. She finally got it, then I asked what she wanted to fix. She said "compulsive eating". Well..... That turned into a huge chat about weight loss, and how your emotional state can affect your weight. Then it progressed even further. She told me that I made her realize a few things about herself, and she could actually see a starting point now. She asked if she could add me to her yahoo so we can stay in contact as a weight loss support. I agreed, and there you have it. Sometimes it's easier when you can talk to someone who really knows what you are thinking, and how you feel about your weight. I feel good about this. Oh....and still no Jay.
